How to increase your concentration power: the exercise for visual concentration is very simple. First you need to sit comfortably, now make a circle on any board or paper. Hand it on the wall and gaze it for some time as you can. It will increase your concentration power. Secondly you can also gaze on the tip of your nose. Make sure you are not blinking your eyes in both the cases and after that close the eyes and be relax.
Focus on the middle area above your eyes this is the middle of your eyebrow. This time too you have not to blink your eyes.
Without helping or moving your head, start moving your eyes around, you can move your eyes in the circle.
For eye massage you can use two objects to focus. One should be near to your at a distance of 6 inches and another at a distance of 6 feet. Now you need to focus on these objects one by one. First focus on the near object and then shift it to the other and again back to the near object. You need to perform these steps for 10 to 20 times as you. you will feel great improvement in your eyes stress level and also in overall body stress .
