Eyes are one of the most important parts of our body and add 4 moons in our beauty. We all need to keep an extra care of our eyes. Normally most of us don’t care about our eyes as we don’t know that our eyes also face many problems. Most of the people are suffering from dark circle around their eyes, these circles looks very bad and make your face unattractive and shabby. So it is very important to look after the eyes. By keeping few things in the mind and with little attention you can easily keep your eyes healthy, fit, sharp and young forever. There are some fruits and vegetables that we all must eat and these are green vegetables, carrots, liver oil and nuts. Add red and yellow fruits in your diet which is good for your eyes. Eat enough fruits and vegetables which are full of vitamin A and C. You must get your eyes check at least once in a week. There are some eyes exercises as well which helps, keep and makes your eyes internally strong. Like hold a pen out at arm’s length and look the tip till tears fall down your eyes. It will make strong your eyes.


Eating spinach is very good for eyes, in fact spinach not only keep your eyes healthy but also your entire body.

Walnut: yes eating walnut on daily basis is good for eyes if you have weakness problem.

Water: drink water as much as you can. Intake of minimum 8 to 10 glass of water is necessary for healthy body. in sufficient level of water in your body creates many problem and makes your eyes yellowish

Go daily for morning walk early in the morning and walk on the green grass and Take fresh air always.

Intake of Vitamins A: there are number of fruits and vegetables which offer vitamin A and these are spinach, milk, cabbage, tomatoes, peas, gourds, leaves of turnip, butter and carrots etc.

Source of Vitamin B: wheat seed, spinach, cabbage, carrot, soybeans, milk, toasted rice, raisin, peas, unpolished rice, cucumber and oranges etc.

Source of Vitamin C are: lime, papaya, orange, guava, leaves of turnip, tomatoes, mangoes and cabbage.
