For extra health: Winter is the season for body builders. This is the seasons in which you can eat more with lots of exercises. So make full of use of your winters to make a strong and beautiful body with six packs abs.


How to keep you body warm in winters: Body needs more calories, to keep your body warm you can increase the intake of ginger, garlic, and cayenne.


Use hats in winters which not let the heat go from your body.


Wear body warmers clothes: There are lots of clothes available in the market. They keeps you warm and not let the heat go out of your body.


Try to wear dark clothes instead of light, dark color clothes are good for winters and keep you warm.


For Skins: Make use of cold creams in winter to keep your hands soft and smooth.
For lip care: make use of petroleum jelly or cold creams for your lips.

Its rightly said that where there is will there is way. Once who have hope can do anything. Means to say that hope play an important part in achieving something in life. If some one wants a good health, he must have to follow few things in daily routine.

MOVE YOUR BODY AS MUCH AS YOU CAN

Try to move your body as much as you can daily since it gives a shape of your body and keep it healthy. Run after your dog, chase to the children, play with friends or ball. It doesn’t require so much time like other SALSA DANCE and EXERCISES etc. These are the basic exercise which not only a good way to keep yourself fit but also make you stress free. These tips can be exercised whenever you have little bit time in a day.


AVOID THE FOOD THAT IS FULL OF FAT

Many of us are suffering from fat problem, especially in case of woman who are more concern about fat. Extra fat is also a cause of stress; stress is a thing which is hub of so many problems. So try to avoid the food which is full of fat like burger and other fatty food like pork, bacon, ham, salami, ribs and sausage etc. There are few more foods which we generally use in our daily food like cheese, milk, full of cream things butter sauces, meat etc. Avoid it or eat within a limit since these food increase the quantity of fat in your body.


DON’T BE STRESSFUL

Try to be stress free through out the day as it can have very danger effects on your body, health and mind. Every body is facing this big problem weather it’s a child young or old. But currently it is highly competitive generation, there is great competition everywhere and in every field so its very important to keep you stress free.

Its said that Nothing really belong to us but time which even those have who have nothing else so try to do those things which you make happy. Spent your 30 minutes in engaging yourself with your favorite activity like listen music, dancing, watching T.V, play with children, talk with friends etc. These are the thoughts of experts who believe that spent minimum 30 minutes in hobby make people stress free. Don’t be angry and when you are about to be anger, count 1 to 10, your anger will be gone. Think noble things as our mind follow our thoughts. You will do well deeds when you will think well.

DON’T SMOKE

Smoking is a very bed habit; we all know but ignore it. Smoking has become a fashion now a day. Smoking is in the fashion and the reason behind is movies. Few young people try to follow there feverous actor who smokes in the movie, but in the movie it was just an act and there is no connection with the real life. Young generations want to be looking cool by smoking. They are in dark; their future is in dark as the effects of smoking are very dangerous. Smoking is a very dangerous for health; mind and its make you stress full as well. Every one knows that as often “easier to say than done” so often its right “where there is will there is way”. If you decides to not to smoke then no one can make you smoke. One can’t leave it at one go but if you want to leave it, make your mind to not to have more than one cigarette first and then slowly control your habit and at last say bye to it.

KEEP SMILING

It’s rightly said that a smile is a very precious thing in this world but no one knows it. A smile can remove your all tensions and worries and its needs money and also not very tuff to be smile, moreover a smile increase the value of your face. Just make your habit smile every time when you are in tension you will see its effects.

How to Keep Yourself Healthy - Tips for healthy body


Who don’t want to keep himself fit, healthy and fine? There are so many things that we should concentrate over and include in our daily routine for a good health. There are some things that we should notices, but in actual life we ignore that and the same can be very beneficial for a healthy and wealthy body.


• Many skin problems are very common now days and can be seen at this juncture due to pollution and many bad and UN healthy diet. Every one knows the harm of sun light. Yes sun light leave a very bad effect skin especially on face as it is one of most sensitive parts of the body.

So never forget cover your uncover body parts with some sun protective articles and creams like glasses, suns cream etc. Skin should be moisturized once in a day. Always take umbrella with you especially in summers which protect you from the climatic toxins.


• To feel happy inside, hug someone daily. These acts truly make you feel happy and jolly. Even expert except this fact.


• It’s a universal truth that every one have guards to do something and every one have a quality to do which can’t be done by others. We only need to fine this quality from our self and improve this. So just discover yourself that what inspires you and motivates you and try to satisfy your self as well.


• Meditation has a tremendous power to control over the wishes, mind, and lust. It connects you direct with the god and makes you so strong. So meditate or spent at list five minutes in a quite environment. Try to speak less through out the day as the more you speaks the more energy will be vain.


• Try to be a curious person. Read books and study as much as you can. Try to solve the problems when you face them and always be ready to learn any new thing from anyone.


• Be active in daily life. Do any physical work at minimum for twenty minute, park your car before five minute in the way of your office and go there by walk. Use stairs in place of lift. Walking keeps your internal organs working and fine. It keeps your stomach activities fit by controlling your digestion.


• Also try to concentrate on your diet, always eat healthy, eat only those things that are good for health and keep you fit, active and slime. A list of eatable things is given below:-

1. Include vegetables and fruits in your daily food.
2. Drink minimum twelve to sixteen glasses water in a day.
3. Don’t eat fried things more than limit. Avoid excess eating of those things.
4. Don’t use so much sugar in daily food and avoid sweets.
5. Put salt in food after making is properly and slice vegetables into big pieces.
They will not loose vitamins.
6. Avoid smoking, drinking as it’s not good for health.


These are some tips for good health.
