4. You should try hair drier in your hair but in a limit as it is true that using drier in hair more than a limit always be harmful since it steals the softness of the hair and make your hair ruff and damage.

Eat egg daily ,drink glass of milk and little bit excrise and,eat fish and soya been , sleep 8 hrs per day drink 8 glasses of water
