Now days each and every one wants to have a sharp mind in which he/she store lots of things in a short passage of time. Having a low memory power is a big problem so if you are also one of them who can’t keep anything in mind for a long time then follow the tips to increase the memory power.

Repeat the things:- whatever you learn, don’t forget to repeat it, ‘coz repeating things is not only easy but also set the matter in your mind forever. Repeat the mobile number several time whenever you get free time. It would be batter to sing the number as a song. To remember a thing for a long time, repeat that once a day, next day, day after day or after a week. After that that thing will be freeze in your mind.

Writing Practice:- righting is very important to fix the things in mind forever. Whenever you read something don’t forget to write down in your not book. You can also make a structure of the things you learn.

Keep your mind clear:- forget everything which disturb you and just keep it clear so you could concentrate better on other things, that’s why you would remember the things. Keep a deep and slow breath through your nose which make you feel relax and pay attention to breathe and then start to study.

Have good food:- brain require good nutrition food so that brain could be energetic and work fast. You brain work better if you have proteins, complex carbohydrates. So add nuts and dried fruits, green vegetable, milk, fruits etc. in your daily food. don’t eat so much food. Fish is thought to be good for speed up brain functions, improves memory as well.

Exercise:- physical exercise is very helpful in increasing brain functions. To be stress free is one of the most important part of the tips on how to improve memory. Its not only good for the brain but for your whole body and life experience.


Avoid Toxins:- don’t smoke ‘coz its harmful for the brain. No doubt that smoking help to concentrate for a short term but its also damage or hurt brain functions in general, including memory. Many people take drugs and as we all knows that drugs always have negative effects.

Meditate:- meditation is a key of increasing memory power. Meditation is not only increase the memory but increase concentration power. Choose morning time and a good as well as comfortable place for meditation. You also need to be in good posture while doing meditation. So start from next morning and see the effects within one month.

Sit up straight:- posture have a big effect on thinking process. Firstly be in a right posture means be straight, keep your mouth closed and looking forward or slightly upwards while study. You see that you can think batter in the earlier posture.
