When it starts winters each and every one want to give optimum care to their child. In winter season children and old age people suffers the most. Cold, cough and fever are the major health problems that children and old age a person most suffers with.

Basil: intake of basil is very good in winters for your child. Make use of fresh basils in your meal and offer it to your child.

Avoid eating ice creams: Child many times asks for ice creams even in winters and sometimes they eat outside without your permission. Ask your child to avoid and keep them away from it.


Exercises and Play: All children like playing and winter is the good season for the same. Body requires fresh oxygen and physical movement. Playing keep your children body part moving and also provide more air and oxygen. Playing is not mean video games or game on tv. Your children need physical movement of their body parts.


Be clean: Ask your children for wash their hand properly before eating. If they don’t show interest in washing hands just do the trick and buy some soaps that your child like the most. It will allure them to wash hands every time before eating.


Avoid fan: It has been noticed that children make use of fan even in winters at bad times which is not good. Be alert and ask your child to avoid such things which may make your child ill.


Enough Sleep: Sleeping is very important for you and your children. Ask them to sleep at the right time, 8 to 10 hours of sleep is must for your children so be aware of that. It is good to keep your child fresh and active next day so that he/she can perform better in each and every area whether it is study or sports.


How to look after your child skin in winter season?

In winter you skin suffers from several ways. Like skin becomes dry and itchy. If you feel such things or your child complaints that think for the creams you use for skin care? Are they herbal and natural? Are they are good for your child skin etc. you need to think about it. Make use of cider vinegar while bathing, add one cup of cider vinegar.
