Swami Baba Ramdev Bhastrika Pranayam - Procedure - Benefits and Precautions
Its is another kinds of Breathing yoga or we can say breathing excercide that is taught by Swami Baba Ramdev. In this bhastrika pranayam the main thing is breathing and breathing.
Its procedure is very simple and easy. Search a good place for yoga, sit in yoga posture and take breath in and then out means first inhale and then exhale. Initially stat this yoga with 2 minutes and gradually increase it to max 5 minute. It is very simple breathing exercise and fight with many kinds of disease. Make your body and mind fit and fine.
Note: those who are suffering from high blood pressure problems and those who are facing any kind of heart diseases should not try this kind of yoga as it can leave bad effects on their body. In summer times, the timings should be reduced. Don’t try to this yoga forcefully if you are not able to do that. Talk to the specialist and take advice. For maximum benefit a regular practice for 3 to 5 minutes will be enough.
If we talk about benefits of this yoga, it offers several benefits to your body. First in normal breathing conditions, some of your body area could not get the fresh air, so this exercise provides fresh air to your entire body part in adequate quantity. All your body part your mind, lungs and heart get fresh air hence your body and minds becomes active and stronger.
It is helpful in curing many disease and health problems like: ,brain, depression, migraine,heart, lungs, neural system, cold, cough, allergy, paralysis, asthma and many other kinds of health problems cured with this bhastrika pranayam.
