For this yoga you have to Stand erect, your feet a foot apart. Place your hands on your knees and loosen your stomach. Then exhale completely, hold your breath out and pull your stomach in as far as you can do it, touches that it touches your back. Then loose and release the stomach. Try to repeat this action.

Then relax and inhale. Now you have completed but just only one round of this Yoga. You have to repeat it for at least 2-3 times.

Caution:

Those peoples who are fighting with blood pressure problems, heart disease, slop disc or intestinal swelling or suffering from peptic ulcers, don’t try this yoga.

Stand straight; your heels should be joined. Fasten together your fingers; with the inhaling, slowly raise your hands to the sky. When you became straight, exhale and start your body move towards to your left side at the west, now you have to keep the same position for a long time as you can.


Take breath normally, and start taking your body position again straight by inhaling.
.Repeat this whole process again but to the right side of your west, means you have to do repeat this exercise for both side left and right of your west for 6 to 8 times.
