Padmasana - its also called as Lotus Pose yoga and helps you in stimulating the pelvis, spine, abdomen, and bladder, makes your brain calm and Stretches the ankles and knees.
Halasana - its a Plow Pose yoga that helps you in Dyspepsia or constipation and diabetes problems.
