Wear body warmers clothes: There are lots of clothes available in the market. They keeps you warm and not let the heat go out of your body.


Try to wear dark clothes instead of light, dark color clothes are good for winters and keep you warm.


For Skins: Make use of cold creams in winter to keep your hands soft and smooth.
For lip care: make use of petroleum jelly or cold creams for your lips.
