Anulom Vilom Pranayam Procedure

The pranayam is very simple and also very beneficial for healthy.
Take a met or sit on the ground, you can also do this pranayam in the park.

How to practice it: You need to hold your right side nasal with the help of your thumb and now start breath from the other (left) nasal. Now you need to close the left nasal and open the right one and start breath out from there.

Now take breath from right nasal keeping your left nasal closed and then repeat the same procedure, close the right and open our left nasal and breath out.

Repeat the same procedure for at least 10 to 20 minutes.
