Yoga to reduce belly fat- yoga for belly fat

Lie on mat on your back. Inhale and fold the left leg from the knees. Now bring the this left (folded) leg towards the stomach by holding your finger together. Now you have to lift the leg and try to touch it knee with nose. Keep in mind right leg should remain straight. Now come to original position and leave the breath. The same step you need to do with other leg( right leg). You can also do this yoga asan with both knees folded at once. This is very beneficial in removing gastric problem and reduces your belly fat. You will also feel great flexibility in your hips and knees.


Another Yoga to lose belly fat is Bhujangasan. This is very simple just lie on your stomach on the mat. slowly raise your upper body part and don’t take help of your hands instead you should strength of the back muscles. Your hands should remain on the ground. it makes your spine elastic and also make it strong. it helps in reducing belly fat, abdominal fat. You need to do this yoga for belly fat under the guidance of yoga teacher. For the best results yoga need to practice on daily basis. It shows its effects slowly without any side effects on your body.
