As we all know that swine flu has attack the world and people are very feared of this disease. Baba Ramdev have again come forward to give his tips to cure this disease. He taught people to take help of Ayurveda to fight with Swine flu. He advised the use of Tinospora plant, if consumed could strengthen the immune system.
What he told to reporter is that he has cured many patient in case of fever which was caused due to dengue and chikungunya, he also treated patient of chicken pox with the help of ndian medicinal plant. He said the consumption of tulsi lives along with the stem or extract of the Tinospora plant will help to strengthen the immune system of the body as the people with strong immune system can not be easily affected with this disease.
Use of face masks is also advised by Swami Baba Ramdev in crowded area. He also advised people to do lots of exercises to make your body fit, strong and healthy.
