How to make Homemade Face Masks


To look beautiful, people use kinds of cosmetics product, face masks is one of it. Face masks can be easily prepared at home. These masks are called natural homemade face masks. The best benefits of these homemade face masks is that there is no side effect, yes like other cosmetic and cheap quality face product, it don’t have any bad effect on your face. These are natural and safe to use. Following are some tips how to make homemade face masks.

Masks
• Take 2 tsp of fuller earth and add cold milk, apply on face and neck for 15-20 minutes and wash it.
• Take a ripe banana and mash it well then apply it on face for 16 to 20 and wash.
• Take 1 egg and add 2 tsp honey and ½ cup mashed avocado and mix it than apply it on face for 15 to 20 minutes than wash.
• Take 2 tsp of gram flour add mayonnaise, honey (same quantity) and 1 tsp of wheat flour and mix it well than apply and wash.
• Take 4 tsp off wheat flour and add ¼ tsp of turmeric powder and ½ tsp ghee. Make a mixture and apply it on face and neck and let it dry and wash with cold water.



Dry Skin Scrubs
• Take lime juice and add oil (which has vitamin e) and put a drop of glycerin and do massage of your face and wash it with cold water.
• Take few drops of lime juice and glycerin and add warm olive oil and massage well of your face and wash it.
• Take ½ tsp of lime juice and add 1 tsp of cream. Mix it properly and massage well after than leave your face for 4 to minutes and wash it with cold water.
• Take plain milk and apply on your face for 10 minutes and massage your face. Wash it.
• Take ½ tsp of almond oil adds with 1 tsp of honey and same quantity of rose water. Mix it and massage of face. Now what you have to do is wipe your face with the pads of moist cotton.


For Normal and Combination Skin - Masks
• take 1 mash peach and 1 mask plum add 2 tsp of honey and 1 egg and mix it well then apply it on the face for half hour an wash it.
• ½ cup juice of cucumber and add 2 tsp paste of mint and honey as well, also add 1 tsp of yogurt and I tsp of gram flour. Mix it well and apply on the face for ½ hour and wash it.
• Add 1 tsp of curd in few drop of honey and apply for 20 minutes and wash.
• Add 2 tsp of raw milk in 1 tsp of gram flour and same quantity of lime juice and put one pinch of turmeric powder and mix it well then apply on the face.

Take gram flour, mix a pinch of turmeric powder and add water and make a mixture. If you want you may, add milk or fresh cream in place of water because cream is a good cleanser. Apply it on your face, neck or any part of body where you want. Let it for half an hour or dry it and after that remove it smoothly with fingers and. This scrub allows you to cleanse away any dirt particles or any other impurities and makes skin smooth, shiny and fresh. This is one of the good and old natural face packs. It has become a common complaint of every second person that they are not able to concentrate on anything. Mainly the problem has been faced by students while learning something. People are unable to give their 100% attention wherever it is required. Especially children and teens face this problem of low concentration during studies and try to find out the ways to increase memory and improve concentration power.

When they study, other things start rounding in their mind. In this competitive age every one tries to score high marks and beat the other in their classroom, colleges and other mind competitive games. So the problem has become bigger. The problem of lack f concentration power can be solved by doing exercise for 5 to 10 minutes on regular basis. Here are few good ways and tips to improve concentration power.

Take a circular board or paper and fill the same with yellow color. Now mark a small point at the center and hang that in somewhere in your study room. Sit in solitude and try to concentrate on the centered point hanging on the wall. Try this for 5 to 10 minute every day on regular basis. The time can be increased gradually. This exercise will defiantly increase your concentration power.

• Light the candle or diya and sit in solitude in front of it and gaze it till 5 to 8 minutes. Repeat this exercise daily for at least five minutes.

• Something comes by itself and concentration power is one of them. When you go for study definitely few things distract you, it happens with many of the people for a while. When you go for study just flash out other thing from your mind like what you had to do or what you will have to do after study. Be relaxed and try to concentrate only on your study.

• Make yourself prepare for the study, decide the time and don’t go anywhere without completing your goal.

• Study in solitude, there should not be anyone apart from you in your study area. Forget everything else except your study. Avoid listing radio, watching T.V., or person to disturb you.

• It’s a universal truth that action follows to the mine. Read in positive way; don’t try to take it as a burden. For example if you are going to study a chapter of 20 pages, make you mind feel like there is just one page more to finish.

• A break is very important during the study as you are not a machine. Take breakfast, walk or do what you like the most. Taking such small breaks recharge you again for study and thus you would be able to study for a long time. But remember never take a heavy breakfast as you may feel like sleeping. This is one of the good ways to improve concentration while studying.

• Sit on a chair while study because when you study on bed, it makes you like sleep so never sit on bed for study. Remember to be away from reading near the window as as the all things you see out of the house or room distract your mind and attract you toward them.
