A balanced diet is very important not only for hale but also healthy hair and there is almost same diet for healthy hair and health. It’s an illusion to think that nutrition is just only important for good health. Nutrition plays a big role in making our hair healthy, shiny, long and more beautiful as well. Nutrition, mineral, vitamin adds a great deal in the shine, softness and growth of the hair.

All these kinds’ nutrition and vitamins can be easily achieved from fruits vegetables and bean (DAALE). Having fruit is batter than having fruit juice as fruit’s skin has 50% vitamin of fruit so fruit skin should not be throw. Fruits which are good for hair namely are berries, oranges, lemon, grapes, melons and those which do provide necessary nutrients required for hair.
Omega 3 is one of those nutrients which your hair requires for health. It helps to make hair shine and don’t let their luster go till a long time. Another one is Iodine which is good in case oily and limp hair.


What should be in a balanced and healthy diet for hair, there should be beta-carotene, vitamins C and E, B-complex and biotin included in your diet. These all works as antioxidants that could minimize hair loss just like the B complex. Vitamin E and C helps you to keeping your shining, fuller, and your scalp healthy as well. Vitamins are very effective in preventing hair loss and making hair thin.


Protein is very important to get healthy hair. The good source of getting proteins are foods namely are fish, beans, soy, eggs, red meat , chicken, yeast of brewer’s, and Soya bean.


If one includes all these things in his diet, then defiantly he/she will get hale and heartily hair, good health and moreover can improve eye side as well. A balanced diet is very important not only for women but also men, girls, children and elderly as well.
