Practicing yoga in case of back pain is very beneficial and reduces it to a great extent. Apart from yoga there is great advantage of physical therapy for back ache problems. There are several reasons for back pain like wrong sitting position, long time working sitting on chair or standing, lack of moment and breaks while working, poor posture, lack of yoga, exercise and physical activities. There are several yoga exercises for Lower Backache problem. Basically yoga and other exercise stretch the spine and help to reduce our back pain problem. Yoga increases the flexibility of your spine and stretches it. You must choose the right yoga and also must practice it in right way. There are few Yogas, if not practiced in right manner may have some bad effects so always keep this in mind and do yoga exercises in proper way.


Yoga for Lower Backache – Exercises for Lower backache


Tadasana: this is very old yoga posture and is very simple as well; in this yoga one should stand erect and straight. Tadasana Yoga procedure,
Look in the front, stand erect by keeping your lets together and your hands by the side of the thighs. Standing on smooth surface with bare feel would be preferred. Now start raising your hands by keeping face of both the palms towards each other. Keeps your finger pointing to the floor, bright your both the hands upward to the sky.
Now start raising your heels and try to stand on your toes, you have to stretch your body to wards up words direction by raising your heels as much as you can.

Now bring your body in the original position, remember to bring down your heels on the floor first and then your hands. you need to be very careful while practicing this yoga and remember to practice it in the right manner. This is a balancing yoga posture. It makes you spine flexible and hence help to reduce your backache problem.
