Eyes problems can be seen in any age group people, children, young, adults and old age people. It also needs to proper care to our eyes what we actually not. There is an incensement in eyes problem cases among the people who use computers on daily basis. Eyes need to give extra care to make healthy always. There are many natural ways to cure eyes problem and keep them healthy always. Here are few yoga exercises for your eyes to make them beautiful and healthy always.


Close your eyes tightly as much as you can for few seconds (around 5-6) then open them. Keep repeating it without giving any rest for 5 to 6 times.
People who work on computers for a long time on daily basis always remember to wash your eyes every 30 minutes. Also keep blinking your eyes. It keeps your eyes dry. Down the brightness of your computer too.

Keep your palm on your closed eyes and rub them for around 1 minute. It is one of best and simple exercise to keep your eyes healthy.

Try to keep your eyes in the middle of your eyebrow and hold the position for few seconds and then bring down your eyes direction towards your nose.

Exercises help eyes indirectly so keep doing yoga and exercises to keep your eyes and your body healthy.

Don’t study in dim lights as it makes your eyes weak. It is advised to study in full light to keep your eye sight good.

Walk daily in the morning on green grass in increase your eyesight.
