Eye the one of the most important and sensible parts of our body. No one can imagine this world without the eyes. We get busy in taking care of other parts of our body but don’t think about it. Do care of your eyes in the right manner you take care of your other body parts. There are many kinds of eye problem but Dark Circles and Aratoandhi are very common problems that we often face in our day today life. There are many simple home remedies and can be treated easily.

Computers: In this computerized world, most of us devotes most of the time in front of computers. We don’t bother about the side effects of sitting in front of computer continuously for a long time. These following tips will help you from the negative effect of computer on your eyes

Lower down the brightness.
Use eye protector on your monitors called anti-glare screen.
After every 30- 40 minutes, wash your eyes with cold water.
Don’t forget to blink your eyes while sitting in front of computer.
Blink your eyes 12 to 15 times in every minute.


Pollution: we can’t ignore pollution which is one of the main reasons of eye problem. Wash your eyes properly with clean and cold water. Use sun glasses which will not only protect your eyes from sun but also from the pollution.


Exercise: Close your eyes and move your eye balls in both clock wise direction and opposite direction. Take deep breath while doing this exercise. Now open your eyes slowly, you will feel good. This is one of the best eye exercises.


Proper Rest: Both our body and eye need rest to keep it fresh, fit and healthy. Take proper rest at night, use tomato or cucumber sliced on your eyes while sleeping.
Eat healthy food: Healthy food with plenty of protein and vitamins keep your eyes and overall body healthy.


Drink plenty of water: one of the best home remedy for most of the common problems apart from eye. Make you habitual to take at least 8-10 glass of water daily. In summer increase the intake of water.

Don’t rub your eyes: Don’t rub your eyes frequently as it is one of the most sensitive parts of our body, you can blink them instead.
