How to Lose your Weight Fast Quick



Heavy weight and fat are biggest problems nowadays and people are fighting with this to make them fit, healthy and slim. Both men and woman are engaging in reducing their weight by using many weight lose products and medicines available. Apart these costly and expensive solutions there are some free and cheap solutions available for weight and fat loss. If we all keep these simple tips and tricks in our mind we can manage to reduce our weight and fat to a great extent.



Now stars with the food and your diet: - those who want to loss weight have to first control your tongue from eating junk food which is one the biggest reason for weight and fat. Other stomach problems arise due to this junk food. So first try to avoid it.
Diet need to control too but it doesn’t mean that you will leave eating. You need consider what to eat and what not. Take food with nutrition and vitamins; use green vegetables and fruits much. Avoid heavy fat food like butter, fried foods and non veg etc.


At night eat your dinner early means at least three hours before going to bed. It is very important as we sleep our internal process gets slow which result storing fat in your stomach.


Try to walk as you can every day. Running and morning walk is very beneficial in controlling and reducing your body weight.


Water and lemon: get the water little hot, i mean warm and mix lemon in it. Drive this mixture daily which is highly effective home treatment for losing weight.
