Obesity is a situation when a person accumulated so much of fat and his weight increases by more than 20%. We can measure it with the help of Body mass index BMI. You will be counted among the overweight people if your BMI is between 25 and 30 but in case it increases it meant you are suffering with obesity.

What are the main reasons for obesity?

Consumption of more calories: when one consume more calories and unable to burn it then it result in obesity problem.
Sleep: Inadequate sleep also increases your chance of obesity problem.
