Avoid TV: there are some serials which increase tension and stress so you should avoid watching such serials and programs on TV. Instead watching TV you should make yourself busy with some kind of funny or playing activity to release stress and tension.

News on TV and newspapers: Yes they also increase our level of stress, as per the study 90% are bad news. This is also true that one always try to get as much as he can from the entire world. But if you are already stressed then there is no need to take more tension and stress.

Caffeine: there are some products which cause stress like coffee, chocolate, sodas etc, avoid too much intake of such products.
Healthy diet: Healthy diet is very important for your overall body. It also helps in stress management.

Arguments: don’t argue with anyone if you are already tense, it increases your tension and mental stress. Try to avoid arguing with others.
