Use towel or mat for doing yoga and lie
on that. Lift your knee and bend it towards your chest, hold both of your knees
with the help of your hand. Always try to touch knee with your stomach. See,
whether you are able to meet your knees with your nose or not and try to bring
them closer and closer in further attempts. Breathe one time and you need to
keep this position for only 30 second and after that release it slowly –
slowly. This is not important that you practice this with both legs, you can do
this yoga with any one of your leg at one time and then with other.
Lie on the mat on
your stomach. Place both of your hands at bottom of your spine on your
backside. Don’t make use of your hand, and try to raise your upper torso (the
central part of the human body or and includes the chest, back, and abdomen not
your neck, head and limbs), keep this position till your head is upright. For at
least 30 second try to hold this position. You will notice that your back
muscles are being used to perform this yoga exercise but don’t worry it will
still help you in reducing, burning your belly fat and will make your stomach
flat.
