As the summer comes all of us start caring our face and skin from sun, especially women needs some extra care to look beautiful. Heat, dust, and excessive sun exposure can damage your body skin and face. Here are some good tips for you to take and extra care of your skin with summer heat when you are outside of you house and office.

Remove toxins from your body
Maintain the water level which gets lost in heat in the form of sweat.
It keeps looking your skin clear and fresh.
Eat fresh fruits and vegetables which gives essential nutrition’s which is not only required for your health but also for your skin.

If you are going out in the sun you can wear a hat especially when the sun shines on its peak.
In the night put cucumber slices on your eyes.
Wash your face with a good facial soap before going to bed. Don’t put makeup on your face at the bed time.
